Secure payment via Stripe Cancel any time. Access runs to the end of your paid period.
Membership terms
Cancel any time. You can cancel from your account settings whenever you like. There is nothing to email and no one to call.
Your membership includes weekly usage, shown as a percentage. It resets every Monday at midnight. Optional extra usage can be added in Settings, under Usage, as described in the Terms.
Access continues through the paid period. Cancelling stops the next payment. Your membership keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account page shows that exact date.
After the paid period ends, the free allowance applies. Your account stays open. Everything you saved stays visible, and new captures, imports and lab reads need the membership.
No refunds. Payments already made are not returned. Cancelling stops the next renewal, your access runs to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing further is charged.
Memberships renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from your account settings. For educational purposes only — not medical advice. Read our Terms and Privacy Policy.
