Membership terms
Cancel any time. You can cancel from your account settings whenever you like. There is nothing to email and no one to call.
Access continues through the paid period. Cancelling stops the next payment. Your membership keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account page shows that exact date.
Reports you already have stay accessible permanently. Every report generated on your account remains readable in My Reports for good, including after you cancel and including after the paid period ends.
After the paid period ends, the free allowance applies. Your account returns to the free allowance of one report per rolling twelve months. Reports generated during your paid membership stay readable and do not count against that allowance.
No refunds. Payments already made are not returned. Cancelling stops the next renewal, your access runs to the end of the period you paid for, and nothing further is charged.
